There are 120+ pictures, as this was my favorite episode. These pictures' details differ from previous ones, not all are summaries from the scene. You can read the Recap for that. I tried to add some humor with these. Enjoy!

In the present day asylum, Teresa cowers in a room while Bloody Face stabs Leo.
Leo's severed arm points to her cell phone and she tries to get it...
...but Bloody Face enters before she can and attempts to stab her too.
Leo tries to prevent that, after losing an arm and being repeatedly stabbed.
After a scuffle, the knife ends up in the killer's chest.
Teresa either has anger issues or she has seen a few scary movies where the killer may not initially be dead.
They leave the room and head down the hall for the exit...
...but another Bloody Face is at the other end of the hall.
Apparently there's a convention because they turn around to see a third one, who shoots both of them.
The masks come off for the situation assessment. (I think they are the same person, a la "Fight Club".)
One wonders who ripped off Leo's arm, and he appears.

In the 1964 asylum, Sister Mary Eunice brings Sister Jude the mail, including a newspaper with a photo of a familiar face.
"FRAMINGHAM GIRL MISSING SIX DAYS"
June 28, 1949
The mail must run slow in Massachusetts.

Sister Jude's past is not far from her mind.
Dr. Thredson enters and they discuss him completing his evaluation of Kit, the coroner's report of a young "heart attack" patient...
...and oh, by the way, are you missing a newspaper from 1949?
What "newspaper?"
